I bought these to wear with my loafers for extra support. I have high arches and overpronation. Even with arch support in my shoes, it is never enough. These are the added amount needed. I will be purchasing more.

So I bought this product because I got tired of using Dr Scholls arc support insoles. They always got dirty really fast, and also, after a while, the support was gone (I cannot complain that it makes the shoe more comfy..!). When I got this product, I was fascinated how different my feet felt. The first day of using it MY FEET HURT A LOT!!! You must follow the same procedures as buying arc support shoes: use it for a couple or hours first, and then rest your feet. But no, I used them the entire day, and as a college student, I walk a lot through campus to get to my classes. After getting used to them, I felt more rested; my feet were rested. I felt more support than using Dr Scholls insoles. Also, while on the train, I was able to finally balance myself with the train's movement. I felt like I could do anything! One downside is that you require precision to place the gel exactly at the same position as your other foot. I felt weird when my right foot felt that the gel was a little bit sided to the right compared with my left foot. Excellent product! Highly recommend!

I should have ordered medium. I've tried other around-the-arch supports and they've all been to tight. This one is different, not super stretchy but enough to be comfy. I think I'd like it if I had bought the right size.

I have gambled with 3 different pads. This one was the best but it cuts into my foot and I can only wear them for about a hour. If they had a larger size, I'd buy that one first but now I have to gamble again to find a arch support pad. The other brands had other issues.

These have been a game changer. They help with comfort and pain relief with plantar fasciitis. They are so convenient to use because you can just easily slip them on and off. Highly recommend

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Due to my fallen arches, it seemed to be something I could use with shoes and bare feet. However, my foot is so narrow it doesn’t stay on my foot. The worst part is that I can’t seem to return it. There is no way to get my money back from this inferior product. I’ll have to be more vigilant and look for the “easy returns”. I would tell people not to order this junk.

The gel support is comfortable but the band was too loose on my foot. I intended to use them with my water shoes that have no arch support, but it would not stay in place so it had to be returned.

They support my arches totally. They are the best purchase!

Problème de la voûte plantaire de mon fils

Comprato due volte per problemi inerenti al piede piatto. Generalmente uso dei plantari ad hoc, ma con alcuni tipi di scarpe non è possibile inserirli ed ho deciso di acquistare, dopo un'attenta ricerca, questo prodotto. Sono molto soddisfatto. Il materiale è elastico quanto basta e resistente (calzo 46 e peso 100 kg, un ottimo test direi...!), Non cede per il peso e la pressione e resta in posizione durante la camminata. Sicuramente non può sostituire dei plantari professionali, ma garantisce un minimo di arco al piede e risolve la situazione nel caso in cui non si possa utilizzare altro, vedi scarpe da ginnastica ultra leggere e/o mocassini.

Habe ein Morton-Neurom (Nervenquetschung im Fuß). Die Einlage spreizt die Mittelfußknochen ein wenig, so dass die Quetschung verhindert wird. Das hat die operative Entfernung des Nervs unnötig gemacht. Die erste Einlage (von zweien) hat ein halbes Jahr gehalten.
