I swear by these tires now
Amazing tires, I swear by them now. They're incredibly confidence-inspiring, great in the rain, and fantastic tires for sport and sport-touring bikes. I'm not good enough of a rider to take advantage of super soft tires, but these tires are super grippy and last way longer. Yes, the initial price is steep, however, a one-time purchase of 500-600 dollars for a set that lasts 8-9k versus 3 sets of 300-400 dollar tires that last 3k miles each set. Fantastic tires.

Great tires
These are an upgrade from the stock Dunlop gp300's on my z900rs. Night and day difference thus far as it's only been a week. Handling is nimble they don't grab onto every little bump as the Dunlop would, the ride is more comfortable. Traction is improved with a more confident cornering at high and low speeds compared to the Dunlop new of course. Haven't had them in hot or wet conditions yet however I will update as I go as with the lifespan. With just a few hundred miles on them I am very pleased. Pricy but with these you get what you pay for. Bit of a pain to seat the bead but with a space heater and some euro paste that tool care of it.

very durable
Grip:Far grippier than the factory tires on my 23 XSR900. great in corners and in the rain as well.Smooth ride:These tires are not uncomfortably solid and handle the terrible roads of illinois wellPerformance:After 1k miles they still look new, and on the tread depth gauge you cant even tell they've touched the road. I'll update the review whenever they do need replacement.

Good but..
Great tires for the price. But make sure you don’t go out and buy a separate front tire. Because it’s advertised as only the rear tire. But it also comes with a front tire. I found out the hard way as I now have two front tires.

Awesome tires!
I have had earlier versions of this tire and they are great all-around tires: plenty of dry grip, wet grip, long wear and good feedback. Have had every tire under the sun, and these are at the top due to their balance and longevity on my BMW R1250RT. Remember, these tires (GT's) are designed for heavier sport-touring bikes.
