What do I like? Everything! They are lightweight but provide enough resistance in the swimming pool that they give good resistance. I swim with them hand over hand and exercise with them for about an hour. I was a couch potato before but a friend got me going to the pool with her. These dumbbells are the best things ever! Try them and I think you’ll like them.

These are great for water aerobics. They are sturdy and offer excellent buoyancy/resistance for water aerobic exercises.The price was a little high for some foam. I paid $25 for a pair, should have been no more than $20

Works well in the pool for exercise

This item did what it was expected to do. However, my fingernail scraped it and took a small chunk out of the dumbbell. Make sure your nails aren't too long. Otherwise, this item does it's job and the color was pretty nice as well. Nevertheless, this item was a fair buy considering it can easily get damaged.

We use similar aquatic dumbbells at our community rec center and needed some dumbbells for at home exercising. These dumbbells arrived quickly and do the job. Also, I've ordered some in the past but after a summer of use they began to crumble. This material seems to be more sturdy.

The weights are light as a feather but in the water it creates so much resistance for arms and even abs. Love these!

Offers nice resistance when using in pool water. They weigh practically nothing, but underwater, you can really feel the resistance working. There a wide variety of exercises you can perform, including biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and more! Just hoping they will last in our saltwater pool.

Use daily in chlorine pool.Good materials holding togetherwell and enduring workouts.
