State of Shock (First Family Series Book 4)

State of Shock by Marie Force is the latest book in the First Family Series. I read the book today and could barely put it down when I needed to. I love Nick and Sam and following their story with their family and teams. My emotions were on a rollercoaster from the first page and continued until the last. I'm already anticipating the next installment of their story. I can't recommend this book enough.

OMG, I have not cried this much since Skip’s death. How you keep us up all night on release night, is amazing. Without giving anything away, how you treated this story and the out come. Now I have to wait to find out what happens to Nickeletta (not sure of how you are spelling her name).

Once again, Marie turns out a page turner - and a tearjerker in this case. I loved the mix of old and new characters. And as always she leaves us wanting more. Great job!

Marie has done it again. Nick and Sam and friends wade thru so much in this book. I couldn’t put it down. Can’t wait for the next book.

Marie Force outdid herself with this one! Run, don’t walk to get this book on whatever platform you read on.

State of Shock is the perfect title for this book. If you have read any of Marie Force’s books about Sam and Nick, you know how well developed her characters are. If this is the first book you have picked up, you are in for a treat! You immediately feel a part of the story, and cannot wait to find out what happens next! This book had my heart pumping and the tears flowing! Note to self: do not start reading on your lunch break!! This story involves a case very close to Sam’s heart and soul…her family! I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I did! Thank you Marie Force for sharing these characters and stories!

The fourth book of the First Family Series was such a wonderful read. Of course, Sam is doing what she typically does, Nick is doing what he typically does, but we get to see so much more family dynamic and precinct dynamic. Loved getting into the nitty gritty of what goes on in the lives of Sam and Nick!

Marie Force has written another amazing story. This one picked up at Camp David where the last one ended. The family bonds strengthen as Sam races to solve a crime with her team. Beautiful and heart-breaking story of love and loyalty.
