First of all, let me start out with a positive note-2 three-year-old granddaughters-they were a hit. The girls played with them off and on for about 15 minutes at a time. They also wore their creations without prompting by the adults. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the picture of the pop beads. Looking at the picture, I thought it would be about the size of a large plastic pretzel container. It is not. Pull out a can of green beans-there, now you have it. The pop beads come in a plastic container about the size of a can of green beans. Again, the granddaughters really enjoyed it--however, I felt the advertising pic was a bit deceiving.

My 2 y.o. loves this set very much.It is hard for her to connect the beads together as this requires a lot of fine motor skills.However she likes to choose the beads and asks me to connect them.She enjoys wearing these cute necklaces and after a while she likes to pull all of them apart, disassembling each tiny bead.This is great for developing hand coordination/fine motor skills. The centers responsible for that in the brain greatly influence development of cognitive skills and the future intellect of your child.The only drawback is that I wish they had a larger size for smaller kids, as I have to watch closely that my baby does not put any of the beads in her mouth

Not enough beads to really make anything; too many odd little pieces whose purpose is unclear; little to no play interest for my almost 4 year old who would dump out pieces making a mess and walk away, I put this away and may regift to someone I am angry with (just kidding)

Exactly as described. Keeps my three-year-old busy for a good stretch of time while I get things done around the house. Wouldn't go much younger than three though, as most of the pieces are pretty small and wouldn't be great for a kid that's still in the everything-in-the-mouth phase.

I felt extremely ripped off by this product. There are hardly any beads included. The container is so small and the beads not easy to snap together. I wanted to return immediately, but they don't offer free returns. $12.99 was WAAAAAY too much to pay for this product. Extremely disappointed.

I love the news feeds for my daughter although I wish you came in a bigger pack. Two of my daughters were playing with at the same time and there were not enough Beads for them to both play with. Guess I might have to buy another container.

Just know.... You do not get NEARLY that amount if beads. I knew that buying it but just thought I would share. My niece loves it!
