The anti slip bottom just free moves it’s not attached to the seat so if the baby moves it slips out from under them. I put a washcloth around the bar in the front for my daughter because that didn’t seem comfortable to lean against, especially when the anti slip mat moves and she’s literally sliding into the bar. I am surprised this had as many good reviews as it did. I’m going to try to salvage and install my own anti slip mat at the bottom that’s actually attached to the seat and maybe keep using it but chances are low. Sad waste of money-baby is back to sitting on the bottom of the tub.

The bottom of this baby bath seat is very slick. The picture looks like there is some kind of slip resistant material on the bottom of the seat but there isn’t. The quality of the product is good except for that. I will probably return the product due the slick bottom.

After trying many reclining bath tubs--which my baby was not fond of--we purchased this to use at bath time. The gray mat in the bottom that keeps baby from sliding around comes out way too easily. Like on the first use. I put a towel down for her to sit on because the gray mat thing was useless. It's nice to help them learn to sit up but we didn't use it for very long.

This is a nicely made bathtub seat for babies.This seat has four suction cups and tails you can pull to release them.There is a little pad for the baby to sit on, which is softer than the plastic.Useful!
