Very well researched and objective reality of modern day movements that ensure enslavement
this is a gem of a book ... a master piece. On the apparent level it does very objectively evince how NGO funded from the West and Moslem Gulf countries under the guise of democracy and pluralism are systematically dismantling traditional Hinduism & targeting Hindu communities & diaspora that are successful abroad with a singular intention of cancelling their culture , their rights and denying them their merit ..in one way a non Violent Gandhian Genocide on the Hindu identity . Not just that , but it goes to a deeper level ( again everything the author claims has been well referenced ) and explains how critical race theory has been adapted to implement a kind of Marxism, on society to create a class of enslaved serfs & after implementing it in from of critical caste theory on Hindus it will cascade to the general middle class ( especially white working men & Asians ) in denying them their merit and actively promote a woke society that openly practices reverse discrimination ( so called affirmative action ) not just in selected educational institutions like Columbia and Harvard ( where such policies are already in action ) but pervasively across all corporate America by arm twisting them to implement affirmative action . So its clear as Niagara to me - there is a larger goal here - India is the soft target ( already succeeded in implementing it for some 50+ yrs - a socialism experiment in form of reservation system that has disastrous consequences on standard of education , merit based system , work ethics & innovation ) and Hindus are the "trial canvas" ... once they succeed with them , the final target is a larger White & Asian Middle class working segments.

Understand social and political dynamics of contemporary challenges of India
"Snakes in the Ganga: Breaking India 2.0" is an insightful and thought-provoking book written by Rajiv Malhotra and Vijaya Viswanathan. The book provides a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the various forces that are working to divide India and destabilize the country. The authors argue that India is facing a new form of colonization, where external forces are working to undermine the country's unity and fabric. The book provides a detailed examination of the various actors involved in this process, including foreign governments, NGOs, and media organizations. The authors also explore the ideological underpinnings of these actors, and how their agendas are often driven by a desire to promote their own interests rather than the well-being of the Indian people. One of the strengths of this book is its use of empirical evidence and data to support its arguments. The authors draw on a wide range of sources, including academic research, government reports, and media coverage, to provide a comprehensive overview of the situation in India. This makes the book a valuable resource for anyone interested in understanding the complex social and political dynamics in the country.Another noteworthy aspect of the book is the authors' focus on solutions. While they provide an analysis of the challenges facing India, they also offer concrete recommendations for how the country can address these challenges and build a more united and prosperous future. These recommendations include building stronger institutions, fostering a sense of national identity, and developing a more self-reliant economy.Overall, "Snakes in the Ganga: Breaking India 2.0" is a must-read for anyone interested in the social and political dynamics of contemporary India. The authors provide a nuanced and detailed analysis of the forces that are working to divide the country, and offer practical solutions for how India can navigate these challenges and build a more prosperous and unified future. The book is well-written, thoroughly researched, and highly recommended.

Resourceful book. Must read
Excellent book. Much better written compared to it's precursor Breaking India 1.0.This book is structured and organised well enhancing readability. Done away with scholarly and academic tone. The book brought out well the forces that is acting inimical to India sitting outside mainly in the US. The Harvard seems to be in the centre of it though. It opens our eyes and minds to many things that we always assumed it to be a simple things. It was shocking to learn that many Indian industrialists knowingly or unknowingly have become players in this anti India narrative. Very interesting how China manages to influence narratives that is favourable to them while India is not able to do that. What went through my mind while reading the book is that all these efforts at breaking India has not yielded much results. India under various governments have only gone from strength to strength in the last 15 years. I am sure there are bodies within Indian government to counter these false narratives.Good book.

All deceitful designs to destroy Bharatvarsha
The hardware: fine binding, print, font, layout and, quality of paper. The software: I was just reading the other comments, we get there indepth analyses, understandings and strong recommendations for the book. "We are fighting our culture and for our way of life. You can wipe out a generation of people, you can burn their houses to the ground, and somehow they will still come back. But if you destroy their achievements and history, then it's like they never existed. Just floating ash. This is our history and it's not to be stolen or destroyed. It is to be held up and admired". (The Monuments Men, written and directed by George Clooney) This is a research work of an unprecedented scale, on subjects so vast and complex, and inexorably so sinister and threatening. You get to know the forces overtly and covertly operating to wipe out Hinduism and Indic civilization off the face of the earth...

Extremely important and urgent book!
This is one of the most important books you can read in contemporary times. It's shocking and eye-opening. Before giving more details, don't be scared by the size of the book. This looks very thick with ~800 pages, but 200 or so are dedicated to appendix and sources. And the way this book is structured, you can actually finish reading it in ~3 hours. You just have to read 30-40 pages of introduction and then 1-2 page executive summary of each chapter. Then, you can dive deep and read inside whatever chapter piques your curiosity.Coming to the contents of the book itself, its divided into three main sections: The first section gives an introduction about critical race theory and its various offshoots. It outlines the impact of these movements on the American and Indian society. You will be shocked to learn how the trendy woke movement that seems harmless or at maximum just a little weird has the potential to destabilize the society. At the least, it will give you a great understanding of what's the cause behind many social movements we see in the west. For India, you will learn that there are various ways in which Indian society is being attacked, mainly by deepening the fault lines of caste in the Hindu society. The first section ends with a magnificent chapter that delves deeper into the history of Hindu religion and tries to answer the question of origin and essentiality of caste to the religion. The next section talks about how American universities have been hijacked by the global-left and how they are aggressively propagating the woke agenda. Harvard university is the hub of much of anti-India and anti-Hindu activities. It is an immensely powerful institution that has penetrated elites of Indian society, from civil servants to corporate executives to even judiciary leadership. They are working actively to cause destruction to the Indian value system. The larger goal is to derail India's progress by making it uncompetitive through mediocracy. The last section throws light on how Indian and world billionaires have become accomplice to Harvard in its sinister mission. Indian billionaires like Lakshmi Niwas Mittal and Anand Mahindra have donated millions to dollars to setup institutes in Harvard that engages in active anti-India activities. It's a really revealing section of the book and we as citizens must hold these billionaires accountable for their actions. In all, it's an extremely important and educative book that has the potential to completely change the national narrative. There is a war that's on our doorsteps for us as Indians. This book throws the light on nature of this upcoming battle and guides us on how we can be prepared. And again, don't be bothered about the size of the book. While you can read the summary in just 2-3 hours, you will be hooked and want to read through every page because the writing is so engaging.
