Silicone band for Amazfit T-Rex 2

These watch bands appear to be of higher quality than the OEM band it came with! Here's why: the link that fastens to the watch itself and is made of aluminum, while the original band is a molded hard plastic that is glued to the silicone band. Here are a few caveats and hints to make sure your watch band change-out goes off without a hitch: 1.) Please review my PICS 1st! The most common issue, I've read, was that the included "screw driver" was not sufficiently strong enough to unscrew the TINY screw. I found this to be NOT TRUE. However, I did find that each side of the band had identical screws for all 4-screws. Here's the trick... (see PIC) one screw WILL NOT unscrew as it is captured by the oval or rectangular'ish fitment in the housing! I also bent the prongs on my screwdriver and had to use another supplied one from another band (so glad I got the 3-pack!) to get the 2nd side of the watch. 2.) When replacing the screw pin through the band, try to be consistent with both pins so you'll remember which side of the pin to UNSCREW from. Since the tiny screw and the screw pin have identical holes to unscrew, DO NOT apply much torque if it doesn't seem to budge. Instead, just try the other side of the screw pin. 👍 As a final note, the OEM watch band had a different texture on the reverse side (see PIC) compared to this replacement: not an issue, though. There is also a spring-loaded lever on these replacement bands to release the band from the aluminum hardware that was just installed. This may make it easier for replacement in the future and/or other aftermarket bands. 👍

Imagine spending money on something only to find out you got to spend even more money before you can use it? The manufacture does not not include don't include the right tool, meaning you got to spend even more money to buy the correct tool to install the band and then get overcharged for shipping AGAIN! I also noticed that both the strap rings are way too tight. I can imagine it being a total nightmare putting a watch on one-handed with this band. Too bad I cannot not leave zero stars or else I would. This is so going to get returned.

I liked a lot these ones, they feel comfy, lightweight and breathable (wich is obvious by the holes in it) Something I didn't realize by the time I purchased them is that they come with the quick release pin, the part that goes attached to the watch works as an adapter, so you can change them very easily and forget about the unscrew and screw again, not sure by the meausre but I think you can put a 22mm watch band in it. So happy with the purchase.

The fatal flaw of the T-Rex 2 is the aftermarket band selection. I've ordered about 5 different types; spending about half what I paid for the watch lmao. They ALL break because they're cheap manufactured junk. Amazfit isn't a mainstream brand so they don't get as big a customer base to notice, but all these fly by night brands are junk and (conspiracy) are designed to fail. Like I stated, I've spent about $100 in various bands from this junk to canvas with velcro closing to metal with locking clasps. They all are cheap and bad materials not meant to take day to day use. This band was the worst out of all of them and I hope they are punished by Satan

These replacement bands fit perfectly with the AMAZFIT T-Rex 2 SmartWatch. Also no need to buy the separate screw driver that's suggested by Amazon. This set comes with it. Highly recommend it if you're like me an like to change band colors.

Son cómodas y transpirables , funcionan bien con el Trex pro3, con los adaptadores .

Does not fit the trex 2

Since the Trex2 and the Active Edge share the same band style, I was happy to find this band at such a reasonable price. It is FAR better than the original OEM band. As others have noted, the tool that comes with the band is pretty much useless. If you have your own hex keys or hex key screwdriver, switching bands is very fast and simple. You need to insert a key into both ends of the pin and twist in opposite directions and the pin will slide right out when the little screw comes loose. Just be aware you need the two hex bits and the hob is quick and simple. Great price for a great band. Hope it lasts a long time as I love my active edge watch. I’ll update if the band fails.

It’s recommended, soft and comfortable on wrist, Easy to install and it came with its screwdriver, the screwdriver its weak but do its job , also the strap parts made of metal which make it’s durable
