Q: I want to make GF cookies to decorate with fondant & royal icing, are these too crumby for that?

These cookies can be crumbly. They are less so if you make them smaller. I have only put sprinkles on mine.

Q: Has this been discontinued? My favorite gf mix but I can’t find it anywhere and the price has skyrocketed here.

I found it in a locally owned grocery store this past week (March 2020). Have not seen it in national chains for a while.
