2-Year Accident Protection Plan for Kindle

I ordered this to pair with a kindle for my child for Christmas. I ordered it in the beginning of Nov. 2022. Nothing showed up in any of my emails as it's supposed to be emailed to you. I reached out to the company about replacing it. They never got back to me. Finally I got a refund through Amazon. The kicker, you can only get 2 year protection plan for the electronic up to 30 says after purchase, so now i can't purchase another plan. This company has messed up my chance for protecting a child's kindle which you know is gonna break within two years. From now on, I will only purchase something like this from a brick and mortar store and buy my protection plans from that store.

This seller sent us nothing. There is no protection plan number or paper work of proof. Nothing. I’ve contacted them several times and also contacted Amazon. Nothing.

Never received an email with the information and 6 months later when I had an issues with my kindle there are no where’s to be found. This is not legitimate

Got as a gift for nt daughter...not working well. Keeps freezing...will be returning

After two days it's stopped working.

Have had the Kindle for two weeks and still no protection plan.
