Clean edges
This bit works very well for a six dollar item. I made about 8 holes in 5/16 inch thick ceramic tile and all the cuts had very nice edges. One trick I used was lightly clamp a piece of plywood that had a 1-1/4 hole in it over the location on the tile. This kept the bit in place while starting out. Don’t forget to keep it wet with water when drilling. I used a pretty slow speed when drilling.

Perfect cut
I had several cuts to make and this bit worked great.

Worked as stated
Took the tile and placed it in a bucket with water and they worked to cut the 4 holes needed. The quality was what I expected and its price matches. They did wear out after each piece of tile I was doing as it was porcelain versus a softer ceramic. But I ended up only using 3 of the bits. They cut fairly well, need plenty of water when used but, they will get the job done.

Works great, but ordered wrong size
Fits into any drill and is sturdy. I ordered the wrong size so I didn’t get to use it like I wanted to but it looked like it would work great!

Great on granite
I needed to put a 1/2" hole in my countertop. This thing made it through 1-1/8" of granite in about a minute using a clay dam and a little water. Looks like it could have make it through a few more holes, easily, plus I've got the second bit.Great value.

Too stubby for counters
Cuts fine but is too shallow to cut through the entire counter. Get a longer shank version if you plan to use this to cut into a counter.

Worked perfectly
This drill bit worked great. It cut a smooth hole through 5/16 inch thick porcelain tile quickly and easily. I used a watering can to keep the bit cool while drilling. There is no pilot drill, so use the 45* starting technique.

Works great
Was nervous about cutting a hole in the newly installed flooring for the dryer vent tube but this tool made it a breeze. Nice clean cut through the tile and the cement board then finished off with a wood hole saw through the sub flooring. Paired it with a 4” flange found here on Amazon for a nice clean install

Works well-- so far
Cuts a very clean hole with water. Made about 30 cuts in limestone so far and bit is going strong!
