I used this product for golfing and after a couple of holes did not even realize it was there.

Haven't written a review in ages but so impressed with these I felt I had to do one. I have been lifting weights ever since I was a teenager but have been out the game for some while. Been back at it for about 4 months and now I'm lifting heavier again I am finding issues with my elbow joints, especially my right one which has now led to me being in some discomfort and it being painful lifting. I started using volterol gel which has helped but moving forward I realised the need for elbow support while training. I first tried tubular bandages which I'm not really a fan of but because of my location I have no access to shops with proper supports. The bandages were garbage. They gave me support but they were uncomfortable and kept rolling down at the ends on my bicep. I came on here and researched many different supports and ended up selecting these ones. I will admit I originally wanted the Nordic ones but refused to pay an extra £10 just because I wanted the XL size. I have to say that these alternatives do not disappoint. They are quality made and substantial. I followed the measuring instructions and went for XL and they fit perfectly. No more rolling down at the end on the bicep as the ends are strengthened and stitched. Even though I'm using anti inflammatory gel I still had discomfort. Upon putting these sleeves on the compression have me an instant relief. I would not hesitate to recommend these sleeves or buy them again or any other items from this manufacturer.
