The bag is little bulky. Material is not soft, looks good. Disappointed as it didn't fulfill my requirements.

The material is good. The leather feels nice to touch. The metal hardware is also nicely finished. My wife has been carrying it to work regularly.However, she complains of the narrow straps which do not feel comfortable on the shoulders.The zipper too is not going to last very long.The update is that the shoulder strap buckle has already broken.
