For the price, the capability of this is quite impressive. It is very compact, and the casing is made of a nice metal, making it seem more premium. I use the dual screen with the two HDMI ports and it works great to extend my desktop across the two screens. I have nothing currently to test the speed of the usb 3.0 ports, but they work fine for webcam and wireless keyboard and mouse that I have. Unfortunately for me, the power delivery feature does not work for my government computer - I don't think this is a knock on the unit, but rather a function prohibited by the security software of the government computer, as when I plugged the power usb-c into the unit, a security message popped up on my computer saying the unit or features were not approved. I don't have another non-gov computer to trial that feature on.Unfortunately, the first unit I had failed after one week. One of the HDMI ports quit working. As usual, Amazon was fantastic about sending a replacement ASAP, and it is working well so far. The quick failure of the first unit does give me some concern for the long-term reliability. Maybe I just got a lemon. But so far it works well.UPDATE: I got a replacement unit, and it is working brilliantly for the past couple weeks.

I have 2 large DELL 40-inch monitors (HDMI) and an Acer Swift laptop. I connected everything (2 HDMI cables, Logitech usb for the keyboard and mouse and ethernet cable from my powerline adapter). Then I plugged the docking station into the laptop's USB-C port and everything worked perfectly. My network speed even stayed at 1Gig and there was no lag in the keyboard and mouse. I must say I am impressed.The only thing I had to do was go into the Windows 10 display settings and configure the 3 monitors to scroll the way I like (the laptop screen is monitor #3).I am glad I read the instructions because they warn you that if you get any video problems connect the power to the laptop.On the 2nd day (even though I had 80% on my laptop battery) one of the Dell monitors started flickering. I powered the laptop then unplugged and plugged-in the monitors, and the problem went away.I am buying another one of these docking station, they are good!

I bought this docking station because it had the right combination of features I needed: USB-A/C ports, HDMI, Ethernet, power. Unfortunately, it became obvious the product was defective almost immediately.First issue was the ethernet. I have gigabit ethernet available, and did a speed test on day one. The download test went fine, ~925 Mb/s. But as soon as the upload test started, it crashed. The uploads stopped and as I clicked around, I realize my entire computer was now offline. The internet was dead. I unplugged everything and plugged it back it back in. The internet was back. I tried the test again. Same deal.ISSUE 1 - BROKEN ETHERNET: If you try to upload too much data through this hub at once, the whole internet connection dies and must be restart.Unfortunately the next issue was worse. The point of this hub was to allow me to easily switch between my work and home computers. The next day, I was using it with my work computer (a 2019 intel MacBook Pro) and tried to restart the machine. It wouldn't start. At first I thought updates were installing, but after a half hour of sitting on the white apple logo, the machine still had not started up. At first I thought I had installed a bad software update, but as soon as I unplugged the Falwedi, I saw the login screen. Further testing confirmed, the machine cannot start up while the Falwedi is plugged in.ISSUE 2 - FREEZES ON STARTUP: With certain machines, if the Falwedi is plugged in at startup, the machine freezes and cannot boot.So after all this, I reached out Falwedi's customer service. They make a big show of having your register the product, and want you to come to them with any issues. Initially their responses got grabbed by my spam filter (red flag?), but eventually we were able to start a conversation. They were polite, but rather than just swap out this obviously defective unit, they led me on a wild goose chase. They asked for more and more technical details. They had me record videos of the failures. They kept pausing to talk to their "engineers". I went along for awhile because I thought it might help them fix some of their issues, but eventually it got absurd. They told me the issue was my work machine needed to be upgraded to macOS 13, an OS that only released two weeks ago! When I pushed back, they said my OS 11 would work, but it had to be the most up-to-date version of macOS 11. Which it is. After weeks of back and forth, it was clear they were just trying to stall until the return date passed.ISSUE 3 - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A LIE: Customer service will not return your device. They will just try to run out the clock until it is too late to return their defective product.All I can say in conclusion is DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There are a hundred docking stations and hubs on Amazon. Get literally any other one.

This is an awesome product, very compact and so great. Gives 3 screen output including your laptop screen. Plus you can attach your hard disc etc. Very good. I'm satisfied.You will need a USB-C power source to run it.

Product did exactly what it was supposed to. Hook 2 monitors up to my Lenova thinkpad E495 through hdmi connections. Just had to plug it in, no software to download.The shipment arrived quickly and on time on a Sunday.

Is just mirroring the screens for HDMI ports. Too expensive for unnecessary ports such SD card, VGA, 3 USBs, etc.
