Super smooth and soft. Nice quality and not so slippery that it slides out from under me like others. I love the hidden zipper. It looks really nice too. Lightweight and feels good on my skin. It shows any amount of face or hair oil so it's not exactly a display pillowcase if you're going to sleep on it. And definitely don't let your cat make biscuits on it!

I usually get quite hot when I sleep, so it was important to me that I found some high quality silk pillow cases to help prevent me from sweating. After using these pillow cases for several weeks, I can say my sleep quality has drastically improved! No longer is my hair getting tangled on my pillow. These pillow covers are extremely high quality, the silk is very pure and soft, both from a fabric and material perspective. They’re sized perfectly for my pillows, and they look beautiful on my bed! Overall, would highly recommend!

Beautiful, soft, love the blue hue. I was surprised to find that they are hand wash only. In addition disappointed that my standard size pillow barely fits inside. They are good quality with a nice zipper but could definitely be at least 2" longer. Before using I hand washed them but know this will be an extra task now. Knowing what I know now I would purchase "silk like" ones next time without a zipper even though I think it is a good feature they are just not long enough.

If you’ve been searching for a good pillowcase and have struggled with these types of pillowcases in the past, this one is worth trying. The price is unbeatable, but even regardless of cost, I would choose this one. I can tell it’s real silk, with good thickness and excellent quality overall. I remembered I had a piece of pure Italian silk fabric, so I got it out and compared them. I added a video showing the pillowcase next to the fabric, and the texture, feel, and subtle sheen are very similar, which reassured me that this is genuine, high-quality mulberry silk.I’ve only ever used satin pillowcases before, and I wasn’t a fan. The satin ones I tried (from Kitsch) were too tight on the pillow, and my head felt like it was slipping and sliding off. They weren’t comfortable to use at all.I have fine, curly-to-wavy hair that breaks very easily. Now that my hair has grown to just below my breasts, it feels like it has stopped gaining length because of breakage. I do not use heat on my hair, but I would still see broken strands on my pillowcase in the morning. I’ve been searching for something to protect my hair without the discomfort of bonnets, which keep my hairstyles preserved but are uncomfortable and always seem to fall off my head. When I slept on a regular pillowcase, my hair would look dry, frizzy, and messy by morning. My hope is that this pillowcase will keep my hair looking fresh like a bonnet would, but without the commitment of wearing something over my head all night. I just got it, so I’ll update later on how well it works for my hair.The pillowcase itself is very comfortable. It does not hug the pillow too tightly, which makes it much easier to settle into. There’s just enough room so the pillow isn’t bunched up, but it isn’t loose either. I can squish it down, rest my head, and actually get comfortable.I love the zipper closure because it keeps the pillow securely inside without sliding out. I bought the king size in light pink, and the fit is perfect. The color is a beautiful, soft baby pink that isn’t too bright or too shiny. It has a subtle sheen, not plasticky like satin can look, and under light it has a delicate sparkle that makes it look elegant.I just received it, so I can’t speak to staining or long-term wear yet, but compared to my expensive Italian silk fabric, the sheen and feel are almost identical. That comparison really reassures me that this is real, high-quality silk.Overall, this pillowcase is gorgeous, comfortable, and seems promising for protecting my fragile hair while keeping my styles looking fresh. It feels luxurious without being too slippery or tight, and I’m very happy with this purchase so far. I would definitely recommend it.

Just received these today they look well made they feel like silk and are labeled silk and I’ve read some people state when they put them in the dryer. They messed up.Well, that makes me think that they are real silk. I will do the test with the thread and post later.Real silk is one of the strongest fibers, however, when it is wet it becomes very weak. Therefore, you should have a lot of problems if you put them in the dryer.I am about to wash them on cold gentle cycle with Woolite and hang toDry so we can sleep on them tonightThey are well packaged however the packaging scared me at first because I ordered two and the package just said pillowcase thankfully, it had two in itI will update this review in case the slight yellow comes out and also how they hold upWell, this is an update pillowcases washed well and I hung them up to dry and they’re very soft and thick.
