Great ID Maker
This is a great product. We set it up to make new IDs for about 75 people over 3 days. It worked great. The color came out better than expected. Everyone of our people liked this ID better than our last ones.Once we had it set up, it ran perfectly. I only gave it a five because I couldn't give it a six!

DOES. NOT. WORK.
Spent nearly four hours attempting to print just one card. Read the manual, went through every troubleshooting option listed on their website, updated the software/driver/firmware, watched any diagnostic video I could find online, and absolutely no luck. Extremely frustrating. Do not waste your time or money.

Wastes ribbon and hard to adjust colors
Printed really dark after about 40 badges and would not adjust back again

Great for small jobs.
Does a solid job of printing ID badges in small quantities. I would definitely want something quicker if I did gobs of printing. The only issue we had (and why I gave it 4-stars) is that it needed a software update immediately upon setup, but the system didn’t tell us that - I had to call tech support when the original ink cartridge self destructed after just 2 badges were printed. Would be cool if they somehow let you know that in advance, so you don’t waste an entire cartridge for no good reason.

Didn’t work straight out of the box. Ended up having to send it to the manufacturer for repair.
