Software is Garbage, Do not Buy
It took like an hour to get the software installed, then the Badge Studio will not open. So I re-downloaded the software from the website, which took 20 min (500 Gb), then reinstalled. Still does not open. What am I supposed to print if I can't design a badge ?? Absolutely do not buy this item, not worth the trouble.

Wastes ribbon and hard to adjust colors
Printed really dark after about 40 badges and would not adjust back again

Great ID Maker
This is a great product. We set it up to make new IDs for about 75 people over 3 days. It worked great. The color came out better than expected. Everyone of our people liked this ID better than our last ones.Once we had it set up, it ran perfectly. I only gave it a five because I couldn't give it a six!

6 months hardly used and doesn’t work
Won’t power on company won’t reply to emails to fix it.
