No residual white stuff on the dishes. It seems to work very well; everything comes out clean. And no “dissolvable” plastic to ruin the environment. I keep my tablets in a Trader Joe’s oatmeal can under the sink. They do not break down easily in the air or with wet hands touching them, which is more than I can say about those plastic pods.

These are great, but took a month to arrive! Previously, I have ordered direct from the company and shipping also took too long imo. The product: A bit expensive, BUT they are smaller, so they last a long time and the tin holds many tabs. The lack of chemicals, the lack of the gel/ plastic coating, and complete lack of an annoying, cloying scent is a must for us. (It is my understanding that the gel coating is bad for dishwashers?) The tin is small and attractive. I am hooked on these. In all fairness, we are good rinsers and do not leave clumps of food on our dishes pre wash. We hand wash our pans and never put greasy pans in our dishwasher. Negative: I have noticed that tea cups leave a stain behind probably because it does not have whatever harsh chemical regular store bought tabs do, but I deal by using glass cups for our tea. Otherwise, these fit our lifestyle. Are they perfect? No… but they provide exactly what our needs and wants are with a very small price that is called compromise. AKA- real life. The loooong shipping was a drag, but now I order early. Compromise. The 4 rating is for the shipping time AND the fact that they simply cannot compete with the “junky chemicals” in other tabs, but we are okay with that. Some people might not be.

This works! My dishwasher had so much soap scum left in it from the other brand we were using (cascade I think). Blueland cleaned it all away and our dishes are coming out clean! It seems to be working great and my only complaint is that I could see the tablets getting broken easily if shaken around. Hopefully there's nobody doing that but that's the only thing. It's great to have a plastic free, nontoxic option that works so well.

I have been buying these for a while. I bought the little blue tin to keep the pellets in under my sink. They work well, no plastic wrapper, not messy. I can put them in the little plastic receptacle in the dishwasher, 1 per load. Very happy with them. I scrape solid food off my dishes before loading. My water quality here in Minneapolis is good, not hard water, not too soft. I keep the extra pellets in the bag they came in to keep them dry.

I have been trying to move to as much plastic free as possible.The dishes come out clean with these and I love that they are scent free.The only negative is that tea / coffee cups are stained.

I'm very happy with these dishwasher tablets! I haven't seen any streaking residue like I would using more popular brands. There was also no weird smell! I love that there aren't 50 different chemicals and that they actually work very well. I washed a few glasses and metal mixing bowls and they came out with a great shine. While yes they are more expensive than the mega bucket dishwasher pods you can get anywhere, I would choose these anyway. The quality of this cleaner is the best I've tried so far.
