Worked perfect for removing sander bearings

Instead of paying for the $270 Park Tool crown race remover (which I’m sure can remove a crown race a lot faster) I’m glad I found this for only $14! It takes a little more time to remove but it does so flawlessly and without damaging your expensive fork!

After "making do" with a chisel and a hammer several times for a certain bearing, I decided to do the right thing and get the right tool - this one. Glad I did, was easier and faster and less damage all around.

It's a bearing separator. It ended up being too small for the application, but I'll keep it bc it'll be nice for removing smaller bearings. Seems well built, and hardened, so it should be durable.

Bought this break to use on bearing removal on several electric motors I'm doing maintenance on . The finish on the cast body is better than others I have , but the bolts and nuts are very inferior. Don't know if the threads are wrong match or what , they skip threads finger tightening and will not snug up at all.Had to use bolts out of my stash to even use it , but I need the double threaded bolts that I will have to purchase separately.

I have both the small and medium Shankly pullers and they work fine. The steel seems very strong and the threaded holes for puller/pusher bolts didn't strip under a lot of torque.

Bolts and nuts are soft metal. Bolts stripped and bent instantly when using it to remove a bearing.

Just got to use this today. It was so easy to use to remove a crown race from my front forks. So much cheaper then the $90 bike tool. Tool is well built will outlast me I’m sure lol. Thank you
