Fisher-Price Thomas & Friends TrackMaster, O' The Indignity Gordon

I'm not particularly fond of how the battery is in his tender so there is a wire connecting him to it. There's a pretty decent rubbery piece that protects it but my son would prefer if he could disconnect it. Just a personal preference. I could see it wearing out eventually. Also, there isn't anything to hold his battery in place, it pops out of the connections inside and then you have to unscrew it and take it apart again only to have the same thing happen. I ended up cutting some make-up sponges I had gotten as a gift and don't use and placed them around the battery to hold it in place. This worked quite well. Cotton balls or something similar would work too.

My kids play hours on end with Gordon and his buddies. They love love this train.I recomend this to anyone who has a child that loves Thomas the train and his friends.

We ordered this train for my son and it arrived earlier than expected. It was exactly what he wanted and he enjoys playing with it!

Gordon was quite a bit smaller than I expected. He is well made and fits the track fine, just thought he would be bigger.

Item received on-time. Requires one "C" battery. We already had purchased other Trackmaster sets, so this was just an addition to the trains. Gordon runs like a champ! Even the Risky Rails set was no challenge for him.

I suppose it's my own fault but most of the Trackmaster Thomas trains with the extra car not only run but also talk - and since it's called "O' The Indignity Gordon" I just assumed that he would speak his famous line. We were all disappointed and I am still trying to find a talking and running Gordon.

The rear car squeaks when ran. Other than that, the rain runs fine and looks great. My son loves it. That's all that matters really.
