Good vanilla flavor

I originally turned to vanilla paste to use in whipped cream and other no-bake applications because vanilla extract imparts an alcohol taste. This is not my usual brand and unfortunately, this brand has a strong alcohol flavor, just like regular extract. It’s fine if you just want the vanilla bean specks, but this is not ideal for whipped cream.

The jar had been previously and it looked like someone added another liquid.

Thick, yummy paste. A little medicinal tasting at first, but you get over it pretty fast. The flavor is strong enough that you can really taste the vanilla.
