Didn't work for me
The power supply adapter provided power to run the inflatable's fan, but not enough power to actually inflate the inflatable. I returned the unit as it did not work properly.

Not what was shown in Amazon listing
I selected this product because it was identical to the one that failed. However, the company shipped one that works but was not what was shown. I spent more money to get the identical product to make sure there would be no problems due to slight differences in specifications. Ship what you advertise, please?!

Works great
Received it fast and works great. It is what I needed.

Polarity reversed
Did not work at first try. I had to 'modify' slightly to allow plug pins to align with opposite holes. has worked great since.

Did not work
New package had a new defective adapter. Sent it back.No Problem this can happen to any one.
