Instant Pot Miracle: From Gourmet to Everyday, 175 Must-Have Recipes

I researched TONS of Instant Pot cookbooks and this one hit all the marks as far as I am concerned! Clear and easy to read, genuine Instantpot recipes! The pics are a bonus is this fabulously constructed book! The meals are easily made w/common pantry ingredients as well as being easily adjusted to be low carb, sodium, etc. My favorite thing was that the recipes were not all "junk food" ! I love everything cheesy, breaded, fried etc., but lets face it, eating that way all the time just isn't the best for your body...especially when you are turning 40, lol. I never leave reviews...especially not for cookbooks, but this one was above and beyond deserving! I was hesitant because there were only 50 reviews, but I am so glad I didn't let that deter me w/this little gem! If you are struggling w/finding a FANTASTIC cookbook that is specifically for the Pot, then look no further! On a side note I did not receive this for free or at a discount (I don't even know how people do that!lol!) !!!! Happy cooking all !!!!!

This is an excellent cookbook with practical recipes that even a senior mid-western man can enjoy preparing. That is to say; it's not nouvelle cuisine! There are sophisticated dishes to be sure, but there aren't many if any alfalfa sprouts in here. Just down-home food for families in quantities to satisfy them. There are enough pictures to be reassuring, but not for every recipe. There are step-by-step instructions along the way to assist with the functions of the Instant Pot and make the recipes simple to prepare. I haven't used my Instant Pot for nearly everything it will do, but am becoming comfortable with the functions and techniques required to prepare good meals. I have three hard/soft cover books for the Instant Pot, and consider this to be the best. I have no idea who wrote this book, apparently a committee, because they're not telling. Whomever it was, they did a great job! This is the best! Buy it and forget the others.

We have used this book so much since getting an instant pot. Seriously, we've made the majority of these recipes repeatedly and have never been disappointed.Butter chicken, Tikka masala, carnitas, pork chili, succotash, grits, rice pudding, buffalo wings, salmon over spinach, ratatouille, meatloaf, I could keep going. They're easy to follow and now that we've gradually purchased the spices, we rarely need to buy more than the veggies and meats to prepare these dishes.Love this and bought another for a friend!

I borrowed this book in kindle form from the library and really liked the recipes. I bought a hardcopy, it arrived today and the binding is split (see photo) and feels like I received a returned book. The layout of each recipe is wonderful, and easy to follow, just not happy with the physical product.

everything in here is so easy - although I was thinking there wouldn't be any stovetop or oven cooking required. Some recipes require this - not 100% instapot. I guess I'm just kind of a lazy lughead in the kitchen. I just wanna throw it all in one place and be eating it in 10 or 20 mins. Anyway, there are enough other recipes in this book, that don't require a stove/oven, it'll keep me occupied for the next year or so trying out those recipes.

This cookbook has all the basic IP instructions for initial use of my new IP. It is in paperback form but kicked up a few notches as it's on heavy slick paper. The writing is a bit small but each recipes is contained on one page which is helpful. The recipes are well written, in logical order & easily understood. 175 recipes for ~ $10 is a plus in my book!. I'm a visual person so having colored pictures with each recipe is a huge!. AND, the recipes are made with ingredients easily found. This cookbook also has CLEAR istep-by-step instructions for use in the IP. I would recommend this to anyone who loves their IP as much as I do.

At first I really like this book but as I try more recipes I am becoming frustrated. This book is compilation of blogger recipes. The introduction to the book says every recipe has been thoroughly tested but I've run across two recipes that do not include liquid being added for cooking on the pressure settings. Liquid of some sort is a must or the ingredients will burn. I then have to research other similar recipes to see what to do. I am going to try to contact these bloggers directly as well. I also fixed a pork roast that didn't say which setting to put it on when in manual (normal or high). I used normal and it was undercooked. I think if I had done it on high, it would have been perfect. Everything I have made has turned out yummy but I want to warn anyone who buys this book to thoroughly read the recipe before beginning. Check to see if there is liquid amounts and correct settings. If not, contact the blogger if possible or as I said, investigate other recipes.

My mother used a pressure cooker while I was growing up and it was very simple to use. Now 50+ years later the pressure cooker is back BUT with a lot more features. The directions that came with the unit were very sparse. With the help of this cookbook and plenty of YouTube views it is now and trusted and well used kitchen utensil.Originally it takes a lot longer to use because of the learning curve. After a couple uses it is now a great time saver and will take the place of several other devices.

At last an instant pot cookbook that makes sense, it not only takes the mystery out of the instant pot but the recipes are easy to follow and pictures are good. I’ve had to find some substitutes for the ingredients for the uk market but with the use of Google I’m winning. ( maybe the authors of these recipes could think about this !) overall I’m pleased. I made my first meatloaf yesterday, very positive response from hubby. Well done could now do with a few more books like this. Previously bought instant pot 1001 instant pot recipes least said about that the better.

This cookbook arrived quickly (2 days) and in mint condition! I love the variety of recipies that touch on foreign cuisines as well as many contemporary recipies that are easy to follow and turn out as expected and fabulously delicious! I feel like I am eating like a queen while getting very familiar with my new Instant Pot! I like the general layout and I find the colourful pictures are very helpful in illustrating the finished look of the dish that you are striving for. I highly recommend this cookbook!

Thought it would have more variety of meal options but most of these we won't use, bit disappointed

You know how sometimes you find a recipe that sounds good, buuuut when you try make it yourself it doesn't always work out. Well, safe to say we have so far tried about 25% of the recipes in this cookbook and all of them have worked out GREAT!! Even the cheesecake one. Just follow the instructions carefully. It is obvious the recipes in this book have been tried before, adjusted and perfected, so that we can replicate them in our own home and it will turn out to be delicious!

Dont like this book thought it would have a few more basic recipes I.e how to cook porridge just vegetable etc very disappointed
