The directions were a bit vague. I checked out a youtube video and picked up some useful tips. I suggest that you do that if inexperienced. Best tip - do not over tighten - this is plastic and it can crack and then leak. Also get some plumber's putty up front - you will want to use it even if the directions do not call for it. I would order from these folks again: the product works and it saved me a trip to the hardware store where some customers think masks are optional.

This sink kit is great. Fixed the problem I had, and I went ahead and used the whole kit to hopefully buy me some time before I have to get back down under the sink again. Complete instructions are included. Super easy fix with a great little kit.

I purchased 5 of these. I installed 1 and a plumber installed the remaining 4. Every single one of them broke around the ring that goes inside the sink. Basically we tightened them enough not to leak and then the tops cracked and flooded every cabinet. Save your money and just buy something else.

Lightly tightened like instructions said. Checked a month we later Becuase Funny smell From under the sink. Turns out the top part snapped off the shaft. Maybe this was a defect I d k. For the price I’ll try again but will use Silicone caulk instead of plumbers putty and plumbing tape.

Item was the one needed to correct my repair.Items fit like new and look as great as it never happened.Both sinks are working like new, and everybody is happy once again.

Plastic, parts cracked before tightening, LOW QUALITY. I wish I’d spent more to get this job done in one sitting. Now I need to go to the hardware store. Don’t buy this cheapo China product.

This is poor quality china junk, the flange ring broke, maybe it cracked during installation but it shouldn’t have since I hand tightened everything. After a week of being installed it slowly leaked inside of our cabinet. Also pop-up has a gasket on it causing it do drain super slow even when it’s lifting as high as possible. I was trying to save some money by not buying a brand name replacement, won’t do that again!
