Yes, the strap is adjustable! My pup is 5lbs full grown and loves to go with me everywhere! I still wrap a soft blanket around her before putting her in the carrier for extra warmth and cushioning.

Q: Is the sling long enough for bigger bodied people?

Not really. While it does have an adjustable strap with a clasp, the actual sling part that has the velcro piece on it does not extend so it is not really adjustable

Q: In reviews and your videos it shows the extra loop and button to secure your pup inside. I received this today don’t have it. What can I do?

Please confirm whether the product type is correct. If parts are missing, we support replacement or return.
