Easy Digestible, Helpful and Sweet
I've spent years trying various protein powders and supplements. I always had a couple of challenges. First, I really didn't like how overly sweet majority of them are. Secondly, every single option I tried, no matter what the type of protein, always caused digestive distress. The Bahs. Complete Meal Powder is the perfect combination for me. It's naturally slightly sweet which is all I need! Most importantly, it's the only protein powder I've EVER used that doesn't cause all the stomach and digestive distress. This specific blend has been 100% perfect for me. Somedays I have 2 shakes and my system still does great processing it with no troubles!

Tastes like dirt
I don't know how nutritious it is but it tastes like dirt. It has a gross filmy texture, like I'm coating my mouth with butter but without the great taste of butter.

delicious!
I ordered this as a start to my health journey. It's been years since I've tried a meal replacement shake. After reading the reviews for this one I was excited for the quality but terrified of the taste. Most reviews discussed the bad taste. It was delicious! Granted it isn't as good as the junk I'm used to, but with low expectations, I was blown away! Better than any meal replacement or nutrition shake I've ever tried! Now to wait and see what other benefits I notice with more time!

A comprehensive meal replacement powder, but needs more information on Amazon listing.
I got this for my husband and I (mostly him) as we needed a way to get in protein, macros, and micronutrients given we both struggle to slow down long enough to eat sometimes. I have worked in the weight loss industry and successfully lost 80 lbs myself, and have knowledge and experience of meal replacement powders, what to look for and how to incorporate them. The first thing that stands out to me is the taste. Historically, I don't tend to like vegan proteins but I actually was pleased with this one. It's not super chalky and is surprisingly thick. That said, it's still a vegan based protein powder so set your expectations appropriately. There is a very comprehensive list of serving sizes, nutritional information, ingredients, and directions for use on the back of the bag though it takes a little bit of study and context clues to determine what you should be looking for as it's a lot of writing and is in two different languages. There's three columns that outline the nutrition information for three different serving sizes depending on how much and how often you choose to use this product. An expiration date and batch number is on the side of the bag toward the bottom. Please keep in mind that this is a MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE, not your standard protein powder and will be formulated differently. I personally have strong feelings on the reliance of meal replacement shakes for weight loss, but I do believe they serve their purpose when used responsibly. There are 26 grams of protein in a serving (60 g), 13g carbs, 9g net carbs, 9g of fat, 247 calories, and the vitamin and mineral content is roughly between 25-50% of the recommended daily value. Sucralose is listed as an ingredient. I've included multiple pictures of the bag and its label, my apologies if they are difficult to read. It's a lot of writing and it was hard to get it all in a picture. Compared to other products I've used that are similar to this, I am pretty pleased with it. I've had less "clean" shakes as well as higher end products, and this is a decent middle ground for me. $30 is a little steep, but it can go a long way depending on how you choose to use it.I've docked a star for these reasons: There needs to be more transparency on the Amazon listing itself. A chart listing the macros, vitamin/mineral profile, and ingredients is necessary for a product such as this. There's a lot of snake oil out there, especially in weight loss and fitness industries and consumers need to know what they're getting. The nutrition label is a little difficult to read, especially for someone who is very new to the concept of protein powders/meal replacement drinks. A list of the daily values for the nutritional content would be very helpful, especially for beginners. I've included screenshots from my food tracking app to give somewhat of an idea- but given I am a 5'2 ,130 lb woman and my app is adjusted to my goals, your needs may be very different than mine.I don't think the fiercely negative comments on this product are warranted, but I do agree that more information, transparency, and clearer communication is necessary if the brand wants any sort of success. A good product means nothing if people don't trust it enough to buy.

This product will get polarized reactions. Here are both sides.
I’m going with a 3 because I’m mixed on it. But I also think that 3 will be a lonely rating. I can see this getting raves from some and hammered by others.I tried this as a potential post-workout supplement. Won’t use it for that, but there are some other uses and other people who may really like this for a variety of reasons.Pros:Doesn’t taste terrible, but cookies don’t dream of tasting like this. Where some products of this type are essentially hold your nose and hope it stays down, this one isn’t bad. I’m much more of an eat-to-live than live-to-eat person, but unless I had to, just drinking this for every meal would get old pretty fast. (Maybe the other flavors are better.)Is it useful? If I was going camping, I’d bring it (or something like it) along as a backup food. It’s compact and easy to use. Resealable bag, 10 servings, weighs 600g. About 1.3 pounds – all measurements are metric. A bit annoying for US users who never see metric. High density food source. The sort of thing to have on your shelf in case of earthquake, hurricanes, or other disasters. Shelf life says 0 5.202 5. Assuming 5/2025 and a small issue with how their label printer works.Gluten, dairy free, etc., so helpful for those with a variety of food issues. Accessible for everyone. Sort of like O blood – anyone can use it.Cons:Have to admit, I have some reservations because it’s produced in Turkey. I don’t know their standards on ingredients and production. I’d suggest the company does something to address that.Labeling is a mixed bag. (Sorry.) Not complaining that it’s in Turkish first - (but it would be nice to have some packaging for the English-speaking market which would also solve the metric issue) - it’s the things lacking. It has ingredients list and the fat/vitamin/mineral breakdowns but some more details – and better layout would help.
