Does not taste like 'restaurant' soy sauce
It's perfectly good soy sauce! However, the packaging gave me the impression that it would taste like the soy sauce from sushi restaurants (light and slightly sweet). That is not the case. There is not sweetness to it at all, it is strong and salty like a regular soy sauce. Not a bad product at all but it did not align with my expectations.
