I only recently learned about feng fu pressure point and this product is perfect for that. My husband got this for me immediately because I'm prone to headaches and migraines, and medication doesn't always do the trick. The moment I'm feeling the pain coming on in the morning, I reach for this product and let it do its job. If my migraine is already in full force (which means I waited too long to manage it), this definitely helps to alleviate the symptoms. It's fantastic. It's also so easy to use on a regular basis for preventive care, not just reactive. I know the best practice is if I'm lying down and relaxing, but it allows me to move around if I need to be getting ready for my day. Thank you for a great product!

Didn't like it for me I have C1 out of place I found it to be uncomfortable maybe others find it's good but this one was not for me

This does not fit well. The cold cannot be felt

For someone that hasn’t typically used a cool/cold application, I think this is probably good. I like the way it fits and that it doesn’t use Velcro. The cold insert is small, so the amount of cool/cold applied to the neck might be just right for something like menopause hot flashes, cooling off, or someone sensitive to cold. However, if someone is in pain due to migraine or tight/strained muscles, then you might want something that will be colder and with a bigger surface that applies cold. (The insert is like a one-inch-tall egg-shaped nugget.)

I bought this thinking it might be a pleasant de-stressor at the end of a busy day, which indeed it is. But it’s also helping with allergies, when congestion gets bad enough to make my face/head feel swollen and puffy. 20 mins and that swollen feeling is gone. I also like CoolCura after a hard workout, it relieves any tension in my neck and the icy cold on that trigger point cools my body off quickly. It’s comfortable to wear and extremely handy.
