Q: How long can it hold a charge?

This is a case for the GBX45 Jump Starter, not the jump starter itself. It cannot hold a charge, it's just a case to store the unit.

Q: What is the item number for the original protective case that will fit my gbx155 noco booster x 4250a ?

We do not yet have cases available for the GBX Boost models, but we hope to have them in stock in the first quarter of 2022.

Q: Does not look like it, but ... does this have a hole on the side of the case to allow the usb charge cable to pass though?

There is no hole in this pouch. The only way to charge it, is to take it out of the pouch.
