I moved to my new home two weeks ago. Since I have quite a lot of personal items, I just finished all the unpack but not even the cleanup the floor. It is a big house, so I do know I need a long time to clean it up. I used to clean the floor with regular vacuum machine and mop, just like most people still does today. Until I got this fantastic product. This product did save my life. I don’t have to do like what I did before to vacuum first and then mop the floor for several times until totally clean. By using this product, you just do it one time without repeating to mop the floor several times. The product makes vacuum and mop at the same time. And you don’t have to worry about too much of water to damage the floor, it dries out quick. The level of cleaning is even better than the regular mop. With the regular mop I must use a lot of strength to clean the dirty place. But with using this product, the powerful brush could clean up the floor very fast, just like an electric toothbrush to clean up the teeth efficiently. Even my pet pee on the kitchen floor, the product could help me clean it up perfectly. The size of the product is also very friendly, I just put it behind the door of my laundry room. The sound is also very low while doing the job. And its self-cleaning mode even have the blow dry function. I would strongly recommend the product.

This is my first wet-dry vacuum and I'm very impressed! I have a sheddy cat and my house has polished concrete and hardwood. This machine saves me a lot of work, simultaneously mopping and sucking up dust at the same time. I no longer have to run the vacuum and then swiffer . . . The design is sleek; set up is easy and instructions are easy to follow. Once you turn the machine on, it automatically runs forward; you can adjust the direction with a gentle nudge. The water spray button is a game changer. The display counts down from 100 based on how much clean water remains. I appreciate that the machine has a self-clean option at the end of use. The dirty water compartment is actually further broken down into two parts: the water goes to the bottom, and on top is a removable catch-compartment that filters out all the particulate junk. Makes a chore feel a bit like an adventure game and my house is the platform. Worth it!

This product absolutely rocks! I have two cats and they always get the floor messy. Before I was vacuuming and mopping the floor. That process was always tiring and long. I was spending time trying to find something to help, and this dry clean vacuum really rescued me. I just had to change the water tanks at times and using the product is extremely smooth. Even if I got tired cleaning, all I have to do is fold it upright to pause and take a break. When I am back I can resume by bending it back. This convenient and efficient design help motivate me getting my apartment clean in a short amount of time. Now that my apartment is clean 2/3 of the time, I am also more comfortable inviting my friend over to play with my cats!

purchased in 2022 had a problem with it leaking within 3 months. they replaced the bottom piece. worked for another few months then started leaking again. Trying to get through to customer service to either get it repaired or a full refund. They are saying their "account" is under review??? Will credit me when resolved? What is that????

I have the Tineco S3, and I know quite a bit about the specs of the S5 as I did some research before purchasing the Schenley. I was looking for another water vacuum for my second floor since... why not? The biggest reason for choosing the Schenley over the S5 was the on-demand water spray. When using the S3, there are always some dirty spots that I wished were soaked with water for a longer period of time before mopping over it. I used to have a separate spray bottle with some kind of disinfectant solution inside for heavy cleaning. But now with the Schenley, there is a separate nozzle on top of the vacuum head, which sprays out water with a press of a button. In my opinion, this is a must-have feature, and I really am happy with it. Another thing that I preferred Schenley over the S3 or S5 was the large-particle-filter-plastic-thingy (4th picture) in the dirty water tank. S3 and S5 (left of the photo) have only a small white piece that collects large items like hair, but it's not big enough. Schenley however has a big filter that covers the whole surface of the dirty water tank, making it easier to remove the large particles. Other features like the size of the clean water tank and runtime are in my opinion negligible, although I think Schenley has 5 min more runtime than S3 or S5. Anyways, definitely recommend it!!!

I really like this product. Way cleaner than vacuum and super easy to use. Pet friendly, not so noisy to bother my dog and perfectly cleaned her hair on my floor. It doesn’t hurt floor and cleaner than vacuum. Can be used for about 35 mins after fully charged. So not quite enough to me to clean entire room for one time, but charging time only 3-4 hours. If you use it, you’d better clean one floor each time.Overall, it’s really worth to buy.

This is my first adult vacuum and it is SO high tech. I use it very frequently and I love the technology of the detection of what mode your vacuum should be on. I find it super helpful how it shows the level of dirtiness or cleanliness of your floors and how I can easily switch the mode to suction only if I just need to pick up some crumbs. The only thing is it’s a bit heavy and doesn’t get the edges of floors super precise. Overall HIGHLY recommend this product :)

The media could not be loaded.  The first thing I noticed there was a little to no assembly required one opening the box everything shipped very well. This is a great product if you want to keep up on daily maintenance on your floors. Nothing will replace a good old fashioned hands and knees floor scrubbing, but this is the closest thing to it! It’s relatively quiet, it’s easy to use, and I love that you can quickly and easily cycle through the modes. This thing has saved me a ton of time on traditional mopping and there is virtually no dry-time. I’m obsessed.I hope this review and photos are helpful
