As really complex original story . Just what you need on a cold winter evening when the rain's beating against the window and it's too early for bed

Given that this was written by the fantastic Anthony Horowitz (Foyles War) we were expecting it to be good and this did not disappoint. It was so clever. Fingers crossed he will write a season 2.

Always buy dvds from Two Laughing Dogs as they sell ones that are compatible with the UK region dvd players. Not sure why Amazon UK promote the American PBS dvds which aren't . Brilliant crime series written by Anthony Horovitch as sn adaptation from his book. Look forward to series 2.

Had to watch it twice to understand it - brilliant!

Impressed I was not. Love everything by this author normally and was very excited at the prospect of a new tv series but found this so disjointed, boring and unwatchable that I switched off my tv and read a book.

Until it had been despatched it was not clear it was a DVD from the USA. It cannot be played in the UK as it is in US format. Why is this allowed on the UK Amazon platform?

The production is brilliant I and wanted to buy the DVD for a friend so they could enjoy it too.There is nothing in the details on Amazon to say it is not for viewing in the UK so unfortunately it turned out to be a rubbish present.
