HEALTH ADE Kombucha, Organic, Power Greens, 16 fl oz

I was skeptical about weight loss and digestive support. From some advices from reviews, I drink 8 oz Kombucha on my empty stomach and wait about 15 or 20 minutes before breakfast. Then I drink 4 oz before lunch. After yoga in the afternoon, I drink the remaining of Komucha. To my surprise, my stomach is not bloated. I have not lose my weight, but the belly goes down, and my figure changes... get more curved on the sides of my body. On the first few days, It got headache, and then my body got used to it.. I haven't gotten headache afterward.My only concern is that the Amazon was not able to inform the specific date and time when 12 Kombucha bottles in the styrofoam box with alot of ice packs arrived at the door. Not even the delivery person did not even knock our door at all, the box was placed under the sun. I had no idea how long it was left there... until in the late morning, I opened and noticed the box outside. It was pretty warm on the outside from the sun, and when i opened the box, it was about to get warmer. I quickly put them in the refrigerator and got little concerned ... so far, they seemed ok... I didn't like the idea about leaving a box under the sun too long. Luckily, I was at home... I could have gone out of town for a vacation.

The best kombucha out there. Not the quickest delivery but still tasty.
