Not sure how the CFU count is calculated as 100 Billion CFUBacillus Coagulans: 25mg @ 200 Billion CFU/g is only 5 Billion CFULactobacillus Paracasei: 25mg @ 100 Billion CFU/g is only 2.5 Billion CFULactobacillus acidophillus: 25mg @ 100 Billion CFU/g is only 2.5 Billion CFULactobacillus fermentus: 25mg @ 100 Billion CFU/g is only 2.5 Billion CFUTotal 12.5 Billion CFU in a capsule.They mentioned only 4 strains in the bottle while the ad says 25 strains.Also note that the capsules are large and not easy to swallow.I do not see any benefits from taking this. Instead I got cold after taking the capsules.Best to avoid.
