I ordered this chair not that long ago, received it not even a month ago, and the wheel already broke on it. Completely snapped right from under me. Im extremely upset. The sewt cushion was causing me tailbone issues also. It definitely is not the chair I was expecting. Very very disappointed

This has really been a joy for me. It has been several years since I had a good gaming chair and this one has met all of the requirements that I wanted. It's comfortable and I can sit in it for hours without my back just killing me. It was well worth the money and I know that I am planning on enjoying it for quite some time.

My husband purchased this chair directly from E-Win's web site and want to share his experience with the Amazon community. He really enjoyed this chair, but it became unusable after only 2 years and 2 month of usage. Due to either poor quality or a defect of the chair, the padding inside the seat cushion ripped and is not properly covering anymore the metal bar on the right side of the seat. After failed attempts to receive support from E-Win's customer service, he executed a little surgery on the chair to try to fix the padding inside. Duct tape works miracles! He initially rated the chair 2 stars on E-Win's web site but downgraded to only 1 as it feels dishonest from E-Win to keep removing his review from their site (over a dozen times so far) while they advertise "Ewin encourages all our dear customers to leave your valuable reviews or photos on our website."Pros: - Looks nice - Sturdy frame - Rolls well - Worked great for slightly over 2 years - Executing the surgery on the chair to fix it was an interesting projectCons: - Poor quality of the seat cushion foam (or defect?) - Very short life span considering the price - Customers are on their own to fix defects - E-Win doesn't seem to really value its customer feedback as reviews describing unfortunate events are being removed from their web site (thanks Amazon for not removing reviews!)Special mention: Duct tape fixes everything!
