I purchased this case exclusively for a Caribbean vacation. When I arrived at our destination, I took the case out of the package and tested it as instructed with only a piece of paper inside. It seemed completely water-tight, so in went my iphone 14. I was very mindful to fully seal the case all the way around. I purposefully purchased a magsafe charger so I would not need to ever open the charging port flap and risk it not closing all the way. I used this phone case for hundreds of photos and videos above and below water during my trip. When snorkeling, I kept the camera fully submerged for over 30 minutes at a time with no issues whatsoever. Just put the phone in either camera or video mode and take the photo or start/end the video using the volume buttons. The wrist strap was really handy, so I could swim using my arms on occasion. I also liked the wrist strap for carrying it around while on island. The only issue was that the lens over the camera did tend to get smudgy a little more easily than my regular case, but I would just clear it with a t-shirt or towel if it got dirty. Maybe it was due to all of the sunscreen on my hands! I am really impressed with this case and will save it for other beach trips. Prior to purchasing, I saw that people complained about the audio. While recording dolphins swimming, I could hear all of their sounds below the water on my videos taken within the case, so there was no issue whatsoever for me. I was amazed I could hear their sounds on the recordings! I also made a few phone calls with no audio distortion and did not open any ports to make the calls. AirPods are always an option if your audio clarity is not what you desire for a call. I had no problems though.

The case was great to use on the water, but the sound it’s awful. Very muffled.Update: my case cracked the front screen after using for less than 2 months. I never dropped the case. I was at the store shopping and when I got to a new location, the case was cracked.

Only complaint is no one can hear me on speaker phone now.

Edit…updated 10 May 24This case has worked great for me, my husband not so much! We have the same iPhone 14 Pro, try, if it doesn’t serve your needs return it.My Husband picked up this case today 4/15/24 we are returning it tomorrow. I cannot hear anything he’s saying when this case is on his phone.

Great case, but it leaks :-(

So far everything looks great, but there is an issue that I wish they would’ve let me know ahead of time they literally put a warning sticker on the side. The amount x of things can go wrong with your phone while using this case.

I really like this product , specially because I’m always getting my phone cracked by not having a case , makes me feel like I’m safe in any place including water I wish it could have a button in the back to hold better
