It's definitely sensitive and works well...
But I was concerned when I got it. It only has a paper with terrible (or lack of) instructions. It looked like a return, but I wanted to give it a chance. There is NO company name on it, so nothing you can look up about it. With that said it was a learning curve. You have to let it go through the startup process for a minute before using it, don't rush it. Long story short, it works really well. I have multiple weights to test it, very sensitive, and use the shield if there is the slightest air movement. Strange there is no company name or anything, usually someone slaps on a name and calls it theirs. Not sure if I did the right thing in keeping it, but it works and I figured out everything myself with trial and error. Time will tell if it is worth it, so I'm holding out hope it'll last.

Frustrating/Unstable reading, do not buy
I bought this scale in May 2023 and writing the review January 2024 (8 months) It’s unstable with no constant reading since new but manageable at the beginning, but now there is no way to use it, doesn’t work with small things, only with the weight that comes to calibrate. I wish I had at least a way to contact them to see if they could replace it, but can’t find a contact information.

Decent low cost scale for high school or middle school labs
Purchased for local high school for use in science classes. There are some issues with the scale that surround the draft box. First level the scale and make certain there is NO corner to corner movement when you put light finger pressure on opposite corners. When I used the draft box lid, the scale becomes unstable which is counter intuitive. Until that is I realized that the box sits on specific pressure points at the four corners and has enough weight to impact the force sensor inside. I removed the draft lid permanently, calibrated it again, and it has been fine ever since. I put the draft box on again, and it became unstable. The outer case is NOT strong enough to stop the interference with internal workings. I verified this by putting a small amount of pressure on the four corners with fingers and sure enough it became unstable exactly as it was with the draft lid on. Took the lid off permanently and set it to the side. Scale has been calibrated and stable ever since without issues.

Very Precise and Easy to Use
The media could not be loaded. It's easy to ensemble and it came very well packaged, it's quite lightweight, I love that it can be used with the included power adapter or with batteries, this enabled me to use it in a table that's away from an outlet. The manual is quite clear on how to operate and calibrate, something not too common when purchasing on this price range. One of the reasons I purchased this is the adjustable legs, as the table I have is not too level, so this worked perfectly, also the calibration process was quite straightforward. Not my use case (as with the current precision I'm ok) but it'd be interesting to see a resolution of 0.0001 g

Lab Scale's range from 500g to 10 mg is impressive.
I required a scale with a capacity to weigh up to 500 grams. After calibration, the least mass response was 7 mg +/- 2 mg. In practice, you can weigh things in the range of 10 milligrams to 500 grams. At less than $100, this scale does the job of a $2000 digital scale, but with double the capacity. The base is sturdy and should last for years. The wind shield is flimsy, but I only used it test milligram weight standards. I'm pleasantly surprised at the advancements in electronic balances that have made this degree of measurement possible today.
