got the 4" drop hitch and 2 5/16" ball.looks fine, will do the job for what I need, but, the ball is rated 6000#, but hitch itself is only rated 5000/500#Only happened across that when the sticker came off of the hitch that was covering the hitch details.so, its not 'quite' a 6000# hitch combo

It will work for what I need it for. Description states it comes with a pin. Mine did not. If I wouldn’t have ordered pins separate for my other hitches I would’ve been left at a stand still for the time being until I bought one.

There isn't much to say about a trailer hitch. The ball came loosely in place, so you could easily flip it over if needed, or just tighten it in the default position.Welds are very well done, it's solid and unmarred. Finish was good, although I don't expect that to last long once it starts getting used.Fit perfectly for my 2018 Wrangler JL.

This product was packaged very well and arrived in excellent condition. And it is a very strong hitch. I have pulled a number of heavy loads easily and with confidence. This hitch will be getting a great deal of use in the very near and very far future. I recommend this product to anyone and everyone.

Ordered because other have stated that the ball was loosely installed which was important so I could flip the mount and use as a raise (not drop). Received mine with the ball fully installed. Now I have to buy a large enough pair of pliers to unscrew the ball. Not the end of the world but it’s a hiccup.

I felt the trailer hitch was not heavy duty enough I bought a Reese and it was larger, metal was thicker. Heavy duty. This item was returned

Needed the 4 inch drop for utility trailer. Got it from warehouse and once again I’m very pleased with my purchase. I use warehouse a lot.

The components are excellent, but the ball arrived only finger tight on the hitch. Using it to tow as the mount arrived from Amazon would create a potentially catastrophic situation; if the ball were were to work its way out while using the hitch, it could release the trailer from moving the tow vehicle.
