I bought these for my kids. They all use them independently with just a little reminder. It has made a positive impact on their dental health.These tablets can be messy, but it is a stain after all. We have found that running water and spitting carefully into the running water prevents most of the mess. My kids are 6, 8, and 10, and they accomplish this with no problem, now that we know how to handle it.

These were recommended by my dentist to have my kids work on their plaque. Of course, I wanted to try it too. It has an OK taste as you chew up the tablet and swish it around in your mouth you are left with a pinkish-purple residue where you need to brush more. It’s a great reminder for those who are learning to brush or those that need a, who need a, refresh in their brushing skills (my teens) who got lazy.

Welp, except for the nasty discoloring if you don't wash your sink well as a typical child wouldn't, it really has helped him be more aware of his brushing before he gets his upper braces next month. He was even excited about them. I'll take all the help I can get with this 11 year old!
