The added breathing light (which can be turned off) gives us a quick visual indication that things are working for her plus she can hear us clearly because her ear canals are not blocked!I was a bit concerned on the charger as it is a proprietary magnetic connector but there are 2 charging wires on the package, the size is perfect, it can be comfortably worn by an adult yet doesn't fall off the head of a small child with a pony tail. Extremely satisfied with this purchase.

It has very good sound quality. With the bone contacted ear, you can hear the music and enviroment sound at same time. So useful!
