For the price this is decent quality. It is very easy to assemble. I ordered this one because it is listed as adjustable. That was appealing to me because I am on the short to average size female height. Even though it is adjustable, it is not adjustable enough. It will not shorten enough for me to do things like bar bicep curls. UGH This will work well for tall people or anyone over 5 ft 6 in. I would not recommend it if you are shorter. ( not unless you can find shorter resistance bands to use it with) I would have given this a full FIVE STARS if it were more adjustable for people on the shorter side.

I would have givin this item 5 stars but i didnt receive the right item it was the right brand but i didn't get the one with the extender straps i got the sold one you have to fold over to make it have more resistance other then that it was a great product i recommend it

Used this today for the first time and I’ll say i did like it. I was able to get a full body workout with just this one piece of equipment.My baby woke up 20 mins in to my workout so i had to come inside and finish. Obviously takes up minimal space. So easy for indoor/outdoor use. Could take to a park.My favorite was using it for core. But there are so many things you can do with it.What i disliked about it was that the bands weren’t very tight. Not as much as i thought they would be. Idk if it’s because I’m short or what.I’m going to have my husband try to make it tighter.I tried cross crossing it but still wasn’t enough.But overall i think it’s a good piece of equipment for a home gym so I’m keeping it.If you found this review helpful please upvote it and follow me for more fitness equipment reviews.

While in theory this should be easy to assemble, snap the two halves together, mine did not. But it was an easy fix by my husband. He sawed one of the metal edges down for the two halves to fit.If you’re tall you can get a good resistance. My daughter is 5’6 and even trying to wrap the bands around the ends didn’t work. But I’m 5’9 and it’s decent resistance for me.

This is a good tool for a quick home workout. There’s not much tension though if you’re short. That’s the only downfall. I haven’t put much effort into seeing if I can change that so my review may change if I find a way to increase the tension.

Ordered this during pandemic as the gyms closed. I’m really happy with all the stretches and workouts with this. Does not take much space to store. Great value.

Loved this item! It works well in my daily routine and even my daughter is interested because it's easy to get up and do it while u watch t.v. Many excercises can be done with this bar. All parts are sturdy and built well including resistance bands. Love using this!

La idea es muy buena pero la resistencia de las ligas es muy poca y no son ajustables, al menos que seas muy alt@ lo encontrarías ideal y el material que recubre la barra es de muy baja calidad, además de que llegó dañado

Not impressed that the bands are 2 different lengths. The foot loops are also different sizes.
