Very easy to install and fixed my problem.
I had a problem with my original switch that caused the volume to increase even though I was pressing the down button. I watched a quick video on you tube and installed this with no problem. It now works correctly.

Looks like the original
This looks exactly like the original one. Had some trouble installing, but i'd say just go straight to youtube. Some of my buttons were getting mixed up (volume was changing channel, channel up was changing the channel down). Works like a charm now.

Great OEM replacement part
Perfect replacement part. I’d been avoiding replacing this switch bank because of working around an airbag. Bottom like…2 YouTube videos and 7 minutes later and it was done.

Fits and works fine. Changing the volume no longer changes the channel or track.There are no installation instructions. However, there are a couple good videos out there. My model (2012 F150 Platinum) was different that the ones in the videos. After removing the airbag, the whole right bezel comes out, and there are two screws that are not used in other models. (a 90 degree screwdriver is really helpful). Watch the videos, don't be overly concerned about the airbag - but follow the instructions, leave the battery disconnected for at least 15 minutes. Even then, I was very careful to not be in harms way if it went off.

Simple replacement
Very straight forward install. Taking care to disable airbag is vitally important. Restores controls to their original functions.

Exact replacement but harder to install than the youtube videos stated.
Ford part looks and acts like switches when they were new; part has been in service for 3 weeks. YouTube videos did not reflect the level of effort to get the airbag off the steering wheel. The bottom release required a much stiffer tool and a handle to provide a better grip needed to force the airbag to release. Having done it once I could do it much easier. But the first time is a learning experience.

The steering control is junk!!!!
Don't buy is steering control is junk lasted one day .!!! Volume doesn't work switching songs with the arrows forward is going back words
