For me this is our kitchen trash can it’s been so useful and easy to move around while cleaning. I thought about buying a top but that can wait cause they get dirty so fast. I have not experienced any smell issues so far 😁 it’s been about 3 months now

These are pricey but worth every penny. The sleek design is nice, the handles substantial, and the capacity just what I needed. Love them so much we have 2 now!As I was researching, I found the exact size bags to fit - I'd suggest doing that research too. In fact, in the Q&A section I found the answer I needed.

33 gallon trash cans are fantastic liners for this supposed 16 gallon garbage can. Sturdy, easy to grab, easy to empty. Coupled up with the caddy and you have a fantastic rolling garbage can.

Tough, great height, perfect for the garage.

It is very sturdy but also quite heavy. I wanted it for the laundry room and it works but is hard to drag around.

I like that it's not bulky.

This is a fantastic trash can. I can empathize with the reviewer who waxed poetic about loving a trashcan. HOWEVER.... finding liners is a pain. After unsuccessfully trying 3 types, including an 18-gallon trash compactor version from Hefty, I called Rubbermaid and was told they do make liners, but they are very expensive- with shipping they were almost $1/liner- and they are only 0.9 mil. I finally found AmazonCommercial 23G Trash bags for Rubbermaid SlimJim- 1.1 mil- Black- 150 count. They don’t make one specifically for the 16 gal Slim Jim, but these fit fine, and cost less than $0.25/ bag. Now that I have bags that fit, I really like this can. It has a super-wise mouth opening, so it will hold large pizza boxes, etc. It holds an amazing quantity of trash, has handles, is easy to clean... what’s not to love?
