My daughter LOVES this book...she just turned 1 and we've been reading it for probably ~4-5 months and she still absolutely loves it. We like to add little sound effects on each page (like ooohhhs and aaahhs when they hear eerie sounds..) and my daughter started making the sounds when we get to the page. Her favorite is when we get to the last page and the ghosts are having a party (spoiler alert! :-) ). The only slightly negative comment I have is that it is hard to see the text on some of the pages because it's dark text on dark background, but it's not a big deal. My daughter destroys most of her books by chewing them or ripping pages and this book is one of the only ones in her collection that is still in excellent condition after tons of use. We read probably 20 books a day and this is definitely one of my daughter's top picks!

Just got it today! What a cute book and great pictures. It’s a good size too, perfect for little hands , a little larger than most board books we have. I like that it’s not super small that he’d lose it.

My son recently started liking cats and this book is cute and quick for his short attention span.

My daughter loves this book. She is two and it is not scary. She loves cats, the end of the book they go to a party which is a nice ending for children. The size and quality are great. Would recommend.

My 11 month old nephew loves this book and often reads it 3-27 time per day!
