Windows are all scratched up. No directions.
I’m disappointed because the plastic windows are not clear. Some are foggy and others are scratched up. I think this might have been a return? No instructions were included. Is semi-sturdy for lightweight items. I can’t return since my show is soon! Please send me new plastic windows!

Parts are cheap, thin wood. No instructions for assembly but it's at least intuitive to put together. Acrylic faces were all scratched, only one side of them were protected by film. Holes are not the correct sizes, and the wood around them splinters easily (see photos). Wobbly and VWRY flimsy. No rubber feet for the spinner means it just slides when turned instead of rotating. Will be returning ASAP and never buying again.

It's balsa wood...so you gotta act accordingly
First thing's first: no instructions were included. It's pretty intuitive to put it together but that's an area for improvement in terms of this product. Second: if you screw the base together tightly, you lose the ability for it to actually turn easily...which is kind of the point of this product. Letting up the screw tension fixed that issue for me but I'm still a little concerned about that as a long-term solution. Having worked with balsa before, I knew I had to put this thing together super slowly and carefully; I did and didn't have any issues with parts not fitting or wood scraping or splintering. I also used wood glue to ensure the joints stay put. Can't speak to the long-term durability but it feels stable now and I hope it stays that way!
