I like this product. It cleans well and smells good. It dries up quickly leaving the floor spotless. It picks up hairs and dirt. Will purchase refills to continue cleaning my wooden floors and tiles in the bathroom.

Whoever invented the entire Swiffer line deserves a parade. I use and love all their products. We just moved into our new home, which is about 80% wood floors. This Swiffer product makes caring for my wood floors much less daunting and they do a wonderful job. Five stars.

Saw an ad for this on tv and then searched it out on Amazon. I am quite sure my old hardwood floors have a polyurethane top coat, admittedly worn. Despite the label saying it was safe to use, it removed any shine my floors had. I don't think it damaged the finish, but it is a matte finish now! A bit afraid to keep using it.

Does a good job & easy to use, but buyer should know that both this and the general floor cleaner solution & pads are also approved for wood. You don't need both.
