Edit: I like this fan way to much to leave the one star review in place. I still stand by my original reasoning but can't help liking and even emphatically recommending this fan based on how well it works and the overall look and feel of the build quality. At the second of 10 speeds the sound from the fan itself is hard to discern although there is a very noticeable woosh from the air itself flowing through the opening of the tube on my desk. Even at this low speed it seems to provide enough ventilation for me. Original review (1 star): Ignore the noise ratings and probably any claims really. It's a fan. It sounds like a fan and moves air like a fan. The whisper soft 29dba or w/e it is supposedly rated for is more like 70+ in reality. Based on how grossly that was misrepresented I can only imagine the airflow and power ratings are likewise no where near reality. That all being said, I really like the fan I received. It's not what was advertised but I pretty much expected that going in so... The noise is pretty loud at mid to high settings but is mostly a loud but soft woosh sound and with the hose attached I doubt it would bother most people. I plan to use it for venting solder fumes and it will likely be plenty powerful at it's lowest settings which is actually almost silent to it's credit, although customer service on their website flatly stated the unit was tested for sound at max speed with hoses off. Can't give it 5 stars because the fan does not live up to the promises in the listing, but it's a pretty good fan none the less, just know what you are getting into. If you need to rely on the specific performance data for any reason I would suggest buying something legit, otherwise if you just need a fan this one's pretty decent.

I purchased this blower for use with an 8” independent insulated duct system that I installed in my attic to redistribute excess heat from the room my new wood burning stove is located in, to the rest of the house. The blower is very quiet even at full speed can move large a large volume of air. The variable speed control is nice although I do believe it would have been nice that the corded speed control’s form factor matched a US a rectangular switch plate/electrical outlet face plate dimension with and/or a faceplate mounting kit for a clean, permanent installation as the faceplate of the control is just a bit too big. Purchased to push more air from a central furnace to a room that is far away (and only had a single vent in the room). Works as expected! The room is sufficiently cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installation package comes with every possible option needed to install the inline duct fan. The unit disassembles so that the support housing can be installed without the motor/blower. Once installed, the motor / fan drop simply drop in and are secured with screws. Easy. The unit comes with a a 10 speed controller which is a must. I found that setting 2 is sufficient to push air to a far away room. At a speed of 3 there is a slight noticeable sound at the far end vent. Keeping in mind the house has a 1960's HVAC system that is essentially a series of is a long metal tubes, so without dampening additional noise probably to be expected. Even at level 10, it's not deafening. Setting 2 (out of 10) moves enough air to compensate what I had before. The unit is very quiet and does the job.

Unglaublich Leistungsstark. Ich lasse ihn durchgehend auf 2 oder 3 laufen und hab Unterdruck im Zelt. Für meine Zwecke optimal da ich vorher einen ohne Regler hatte. Und das Upgrade auf ein Ac Infinity Produkt ist einfach das beste was ich machen konnte. Mit meinem Controller 69 zusammen einfach unschlagbar. Direkt an den VPD geknüpft automatisiert dieses Setup meine Luft zu und Abfuhr. Richtig Hightech! Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen. Ps: auch der Kundenservice von AC ist unschlagbar. Beratung zum Setup innerhalb von 24 Std bekommen. Kompatibilität angefragt - Antwort in 4 Stunden erhalten. Dieses Unternehmen hats einfach drauf. Pps: ich kaufe direkt bei AC Infinity am liebsten =)

Does its job and it’s quiet doing it so great machine

Ich habe lange nach einem geeigneten Rohrventilator für mein Pflanzenzelt gesucht, und nach vielen Vergleichen fiel meine Wahl schließlich auf den AC Infinity Rohrventilator. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten Modellen, die ursprünglich für Räume wie Badezimmer konzipiert sind, erfüllt dieser Ventilator alle meine Anforderungen: Er ist kompakt, bietet eine einstellbare Geschwindigkeit und ist zudem erschwinglich. Besonders wichtig für mich war die Fähigkeit, hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit problemlos zu bewältigen, was dieser Ventilator perfekt meistert. Der Versand aus den USA verlief zunächst nicht reibungslos – der erste Zustellversuch scheiterte, da der Zoll das Gerät aus unerklärlichen Gründen beschlagnahmte. Die Rückerstattung war jedoch unkompliziert, und ich bestellte das Gerät erneut. Beim zweiten Versuch kam es nach etwa zwei Wochen Wartezeit sicher und gut verpackt bei mir an. Der Aufbau und die Integration in mein Rohrsystem und den Filter waren kinderleicht und selbsterklärend. Nach einem Monat im Einsatz kann ich sagen, dass dieser Rohrventilator meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Er sieht nicht nur stylisch aus, sondern liefert auch eine beeindruckende Leistung. Die 10 Geschwindigkeitsstufen ermöglichen eine präzise Regulierung von Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur in meinem Pflanzenzelt, was für optimale Bedingungen sorgt. Siehe Video für eine Demonstration. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Lautstärke des Ventilators ab Stufe 6, die für meinen Geschmack etwas hoch ist. Allerdings hatte ich zuvor einen schallgedämpften Ventilator, weshalb ich in diesem Punkt vielleicht etwas verwöhnt bin. Insgesamt bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit diesem Kauf und kann den AC Infinity Rohrventilator jedem empfehlen, der nach einer leistungsstarken und flexiblen Lösung für sein Pflanzenzelt sucht.
