Naturya Chia+ Milled Chia Seed Blend (Strawberry) 350g

I love adding this blend to breakfast yogurt bowls and also things like breakfast pancakes. It is definitely a new go-to product and one of my favourite brands. Maybe a little pricy, but it is organic and it lasts quite a long while too, so I think it is worth it. Definitely worth try.

Tasty in my morning porridge. Healthy too, shame it is rather expensive.

The media could not be loaded. I tried it with some of my baking, as it adds to the taste, and with a smoothie, as it makes it richer. I am very happy with the organic natural ingredients and the fact that it is gluten free and stays fresh for months.The thing that is worrying me, is why a quarter of it needs to be sugar, it contains 27g of sugar per 100g, is this why it helps with your energy levels? Because of how much sugar it contains?I would like to see other products like this, but with a lot less sugar.Overall, I am happy I tried it, and if you are not worried about the sugar content, it is very nice.

Tastes nice, chocolate flavour but not to sweet. Easy to blend into a smoothie. Good way of getting extra fibre in your diet.

Had tried this product from a supermarket and loved the taste. Saw it was cheaper on here so jumped at the chance. There is a vomit-like taste, I think something's gone rancid. Came back and checked some reviews and sure enough other people say the same thing. I'm based in Scotland so if you're also from here I'd say play it safe, I think we have a bad batch.

The strawberry taste is okay, not too artificial or sweet, and I like the mouth feel with the chia seeds in there. For me, it's nothing special and for pretty much a tenner I want this to dance with my taste buds. Instead it just politely says hello. This is really expensive and doesn't wow me with flavour. If you are looking for a way to introduce chia seeds into your life then maybe? Or you could just buy some chia seeds.
