I've been drinking this one after meals and I find I don't get that bogged down heavy/sleepy feeling after I eat. Perfect! I must say I was surprised by how great it tasted! It's a nice mild taste with no run to the bathroom side effects, like some others I've tried. I really like the ingredients and that is made using chinese medicine.

The tea is a pleasant tasting blend of digestive herbs. It effectively calmed my symptoms of over activity, spasms, and gas.I like that it is loose tea, which gives me flexibility with the strength and amount to make at one time.But was surprised to see a 50% price increase within 2 weeks of my last purchase.

Tasted terrible, like trying to drink flowers. Gave it to my daughter, she in turn gave it away also.

Very well prepared tea. The taste is amazing. My whole family drinks it every day. One of the best that I tried. Will buy it again.

What I needed for my problem

I'm not sure how someone would like the taste of this stuff. It smells good but tastes like your drinking dried up flowers. It smells like cinnamon but doesn't taste like it at all. I followed the directions and everything. Not sure if it helps with digestions either. not buying again.
