Will this work for my sccy cpx2

Should work for any double stack 9mm or .380 magazine. Maybe 10mm, not sure. I would not use for single stack. Will not fit on .32 or smaller.

How many rounds is this?

It doesn't hold rounds like a magazine, it assists in loading the magazine. It will load as many as your magazine can hold.

Will it load rounds for Sig P320 XTEN?

Yes I believe it will. I used it on Sig 226

Will this fit P229 /357sig

It should, I use is on a Glock 21 and a Sig P266 9 mm. Good luck
