This is a very long review but if you want the short story, trust me, do NOT buy them!So, even though they run small and I had to get an 8.5W when I usually wear a 7.5 regular, I was in love with these shoes the first 6 (12 hour) shifts I wore them. I had used Amazon Prime Wardrobe (Also, try Prime Wardrobe if you haven’t yet!!) and tried on so many pairs before finding these. I went on and on how it felt like I was walking on clouds and joked about wanting to take extra steps in a day just to enjoy them.On my 3rd week/7th time wearing them, I noticed it felt like there was something rubbing a bit on the inside. I took my shoes off a few times that day because I thought I’d gotten sand or something in my shoe. Nothing was in the shoe to cause it but I noticed the padding top coat was stuck to my sock. By the end of the day I had blisters under my toes and I noticed when I took the shoes off there was a little white spot on the left side of the right shoe at the big toe area. (I feel I should add I do not work anywhere any chemicals would have gotten on the shoe; I am a bedside nurse at a location that does mainly physical therapy rehab.) The next day I worked I had blisters on top, between and on the bottom of all my toes but the big toes! That wonderful “cloud” padding of the shoe was stuck more to my sock and even came out in pieces when I took the shoes off. What’s more unusual is the right side of the right shoe now looked like it was bubbling up like it was melted. I could touch the spot and it was softer than the rest of the shoe.The next morning I put my $118 still “new” shoes on for work to find more white spots on the left shoe and a new bubbled area on the tiptoe of the right shoe. The spot from the day before had become white and each white area was soft to touch. I could actually wiggle my pinky toe and feel it move the shoe; the top toe one I could push in almost 1/4 of an inch. I have never seen shoes do this, much less had a pair of shoes that cost so much made so poorly.Save your feet and yourself some money and do NOT buy these shoes!

This will be my 4th pair in 7 years - I keep black and blue - for my wardrobe - I wear one or the other every day for 10 months of the years - 5 days a week - and do a lot of walking including a flight of stairs. I have had exceptional wear from each pair - just replace 1 pair last year and replacing the other this year. I think that is above satisfactory wear time for decent shoes. They provide plenty of arch support for me and I have been as high as 300 and am finally down to 239 -still a ways to go) but my body puts more stress on shoes than the average-sized person. The outsides wear extremely well. Can't say enough good things about these shoes. Was surprised to see people complain about them being narrow - even in WW (or E) .. I wear WW and they are not tight on any part of my foot even across the widest part. I am - a repeat buyer!

I love the style but I ordered an extra-wide in a size larger than I normally wear. While the length was okay (maybe a little big but allowing for socks would've been fine), the width was more akin to a "medium." Worse, the band across the top of my foot (instep) was so rigid that I couldn't even fully put the shoe on. Ok, so maybe I have problem feet but I've truly never had such a mismatch, even when ordering shoes online versus being able to try on in store first. I'm normally 8 - 8.5 Wide and these 9 extra-wides didn't even come close.

I have purchased this shoe before at Crewoutfitters at DFW airport. I am a flight attendant and work a part time schedule. I purchased these in the picture late March 2019 and the leather on the toes have started peeling horrible the last few months . I don’t wear them all the time only at work and my previous ones I wore for 2 1/2 years full time mostly until the tread wore out and they didn’t do this ? I don’t understand why these are doing this ? I paid more through amazon for the same shoe I thought ?? But now I wonder if it’s a fake maybe ?? Not happy at all !!!

I'm normally a 7N or 7.5N but these shoes were so tight I could not possibly get them on. The box and even the size printed in the shoe were 7.5N but I couldn't get more than my toes into the shoe itself. I've had Softwalk shoes before and this is not like them so as improbable as it seems, maybe these shoes were mislabeled at factory? The padding was generous but I didn't want to stretch them out so after trying left and right feet, I will send them back.

I have worn the shoes for years as a flight attendant. I buy them at our flight attendants store. So I had a Purchased these from the company because the store I deal with doesn’t buy them anymore. I usually take a nine but I got a 9/12 I have an issue because I’m on my feet so much. I could not hardly fit in them very disappointing. I would have always before recommend these shoes not anymore.

Thank you Softwalk for making a comfortable shoe I can wear for work all day and night. I'm a midwife and nurse. I've always wanted to wear clogs for work but none of them would ever stay on my 4A feet...in fact they all looked like Goofy's shoes on my feet. I bought these in an 8.5 slim and I am thrilled. The instep is very snug so you'd have to have very slender feet to be OK in the slim size. I've never had a shoe that felt too narrow in the instep, but these are close. That said, I know they will give a little over time and I can still wear these comfortably with a thin sock. The footbed is very supportive with good arch support and the sole is like walking on pillows. And did I mention that my toes are happy as can be. I wear an 8-8.5 and got these in an 8.5-perfect and light as a feather!

I initially ordered a size 9.5w and when they arrived I was so excited. They fit but they were snug and only without socks on. So for the price, I thought I'd better order up a size so they're more comfortable. The size 10w arrived today and I can't even get my foot in. How does a half size smaller fit better? I don't understand. I'm disappointed.
