Epson Workforce WF-2930 Wireless All-in-One Printer with Scan, Copy, Fax, Auto Document Feeder, Automatic 2-Sided Printing and 1.4" Color Display,Black

I needed a fax and all in one printer so I bought this one but im not happy with all the ink cartridges it comes with. Its a good printer though, and it does the job great but I can do with 2 ink cartridges than the 4 or 5 it comes with too costly.

Printer is a great product. It is easy to install and it works great. Printer is an excellent buy. I would recommend. Printing is excellent. Connectivity is great. Ink consumption is great.

I would give it ZERO star if I could. I bought this printer, it was working fine, changed cartridges a month ago. Works fine until today when I made the BIG mistake of accepting the Epson firmware upgrade. After the upgrade, the printer stopped working, complaining it “does not recognize the cartridges”. Guess what, it is all part of a DISHONEST ATTEMPT by Epson to make you buy their cartridge brand at inflated price. The firmware upgrade made the printer accept only Epson cartridges. My wife was in a hurry to print out something and she couldn’t and had to do it at the neighbors’. I was so mad that I was determined I will NEVER be acquiescent about this and go buy Epson cartridges. So, I did my research online and found there is sort of a back door process to roll back the firmware. It requires the user to reboot the printer by holding some special key combinations, and then connect a laptop directly to the printer with a special USB cable (not the normal one for sure, one end has to be type A and the other type B), which I was lucky to just happen to have, then I have to go to a special link to download an older version of the firmware and have it installed into the printer via that USB cable (it’s the only way!). Then and only then did he printer resume accepting third party cartridges. To be this dishonest and unethical and do something like this just so your customers would be forced to buy your brand of cartridges and have their work day interrupted in the process shows what a small minded failed company Epson really is. It’s just pathetic. I happened to be tech savvy but 99% of the people in the same situation would have given up on that complicated roll-back process and just go buy the Epson cartridges. It’s just wrong. Here is my advice: DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM EPSON AND IF YOU HAVE AN EPSON PRINTER, NEVER UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE EVER.

Easy hardware setup and software setup too. I've been an Epson fan for a long time because they build quality products. They are dependable and just run. Couldn't ask for better at this price point.

First time an Epson customer and the experience unboxing this product was quite a journey as I had to remove 23 tape used to secure printer parts which consume time. The setup process was flawlessly and straight forward using an Epson App on my phone. Cartridges installation was easy as well. Now why 4 and not 5, mainly because the difference between what you see in the pictures vs what you get. You really get a very cheap and filmsy printer that honors it's price. Looks like if you are not extra careful it will break right away so be aware otherwise it delivers what is offered in terms of printing and scanning features. Really like how seamless is the setup process for tablet and mobile phones

I love my Epson printer. Fits well on my short desk. Very little room is needed for this printer

I got this primarily for occasional color printing since I had an older Samsung laser printer for every day. Then the Samsung choked on a jam and was unrepairable by me. The Epson works fine - I hooked it up via USB. It scans and prints perfectly. The only issue is the insane cost of replacement ink. I know this is not a new issue and it's how the manufacturer actually makes money. So, I was about to order cartridges and read reviews on the non-OEM cartridges stating that when the printer updates the non-OEM cartridges stop working. So I am going to order the Epson cartridges and buy a $139 Brother laser printer. My son works at a company using ink jet printers, buys them cheap then throws them away when they need ink, and get another printer.

Best printer I have ever owned!! Prints beautifully, scanning is so easy, to change the ink is so fast and easy! Very user friendly! Highly recommend!!

i purchased this almost a year ago, first it says it prints hunderends of pages even in black and white, I printed 70 pages in black and white and not only black cartridge was out but other colorful ones were out, I purchased one authorised only black ink and installed but the printer notyfies that you should buy again the color ones too which mean only black is not working so this printer can not work with only black cartridge even if you want to only print in black and white. In addition, without installed inks, the printer does not scan anything that should not be related to the inks. So overall, this product is not usable for me, and I would rather print outside. Moreover, the cost of the inks is equal to the cost of one printer.
